L2 Scaling Bubble

This season I expect the majority of capital to be thrown towards solutions for scaling ethereum and other blockchains like dot, with a few primary contenders sticking out; OMG, CELR, MATIC and RAIDEN.
Raiden however would have to be one of my most favored projects; and one I see with huge potential (an easy 600%).
