This what i think on RARE. RARE is being rejected at the $2 zone and it needs more time to break through this zone. Over the next few days it can correct to the $1.7 zone before rallying to the $2, $2,4 and $3 zones. But if it loses the $ 1.7 zone, we can wait to buy at the $ 1.5...
