has begun commercial production at the first phase of its 147,000 MT greenfield carbon black manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu, India.

The first phase has a production capacity of 63,000 MT, according to a Friday filing. The facility is being set up by wholly-owned subsidiary PCBL (TN).
