MC Others: above 21 weekly EMA and reclaiming quarterly level

The Crypto Total Market Cap Others chart show that price is above the 21 weekly EMA.
Price is also trying to reclaim a quarterly (3M) level of support.

Here come the rose coloured glasses again: up from here? :)
