It looks like 
USOIL is about to break the ascending channel after the retracement it experienced today. Considering the dimension of the pattern, it's likely to break the first resistance as it's going to be the third retest of the zone. Wait for an entry confirmation as a brake in the channel or a retest of it, but I don't we´ll see such retest after breaking the channel.
TP1 --> 87.5
