The only US index without higher high

DJIA, DJTA, SPX have all made a higher high with new record.
Besides the small cap loser - Russell 2000, NYSE Composite is the only one that has yet to form a higher high of the previous 11104.
If the price found support as shown, there is a chance for it to make record.
