NASDAQ 4 HOUR : 13000 IS UPPER TARGET

all buyer target is fibo 61%:13000 and 2nd target is 14600 so strongly advide 90% looking for buy and hold it minimum to 13000...only under red arrow after pinbar comes we can sell with sl on pinbar high
