NOK Multi-Year Pattern Completion Zone

This is multi-year a bullish pattern completion on Nokia. It could go up and down between $3.00-$4.50 intro April. But once it breaks the neckline of $5 the first Price Target is $8.40 and then it's on to $12. Just my opinion on what the chart looks like.
