NK - Down Trend back to 50sma - 200sma

NK recently ran up on merger news now being completely dumped with insiders selling. This thing can’t hold gains and even the past price actions shows it. I believe this thing is going to continue in a down trend below $10 and then start to even out around those SMA lines.
