Pending Breakout. Target $19

I’m bullish on NIO based on the analysis shown in the graphic. I’m waiting for the breakout with strong volume to confirm the breakout. I also anticipate that NIO will want to take advantage of the EV spotlight that TSLA currently dominates. Although not shown on the current chart, the following indicators are bullish:

• ADX: 35
