Nifty 50 - time for correction ?

Do you see bears in the market or is it just me ?
1: technical indicators both RSI and stochastic are at overbought
2: previous swing was about 13.31% and currently it is 11.3%. Only 2% approx. remains.
3: Rising wedge pattern
