Nifty - formation of W pattern

Though people have diff point of view on Nifty . . . Not many are bullish
Global cues are also not good.

But purely on technical base . . . Nifty seems to have formed a W pattern on hourly timeframe and formation looks bullish
for Target of 20000.
EMA's are also supporting the price right now . . . MACD and RSI are also showing momentum right now. Let's see if this stays only till budget.

As per wave theory, I think we are in 3rd wave . . . target of 20K is as per wave theory only.
