NIFTY Intraday Trade Setup For 25 Jul 2022

NIFTY has closed on a positive note with nearly 0.7% gain on Friday. Last week week's weekly candle was an inside candle and we planned to buy above above mother candle's high- 16300( 16275.5) It has given a good move of 3%. Weekly candle is still bullish and this bullishness will continue above Friday's high. In case we close below last day's low then we can expect some pullback.
Coming to Monday's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes below 16665, we will short for the target of 16600-610. Below 15990 post bounce we will test 16560 and 16500.
For buying we need a 5 Min candle close above 16755. Target will be 16820, 16900 and finally 17000. 17005-17025 is a resistance zone.
In case of a big gap up/down above Friday's high and low, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
