NEO forming Bullish Pattern, Expect Moon soon new ATHs

I cant resist to notice that bullish APEX pattern formed by NEO. IT has a very strong support at about 20$ and i believe NEO is ready to shoot for the moon and create NEW ATHs.
Additionally the good news from NEO council along with NEO capability of adapting to government regulations I see bright future ahead. Bears are also getting very tired and Bulls are gathering.
Trade carefully and always have stop losses!
