Neo at breaking point

Neo is what I can see at very important point. It will be the deciding factor to change trend direction. What does worry me the lack of volume but maybe the bulls are making ready to break through.
Neo is forming a ascending triangle, staring to break through - bull sign
Neo is just below 200 MA, close above it - bull sign
Neo breaking trend line formed weeks ago - bull sign

Upwards:
Target is 164
Resistance 144

Downwards:
115 solid support
96 next great buy in opertunity

I missed the volume forming a divergence from the direction, NEO might just make its final dip, last buy in before a rally.
