NEO will only get that small bounce before the drop if BTC bounces. I'm going long in the green box. Even if it isn't the absolute bottom it will be a great entry for 2018.

Target will definitely hit if BTC drops below 7500, might even go lower if BTC hits 7k or 6k but I don't think I have the courage to try and catch that knife.

Maybe going lower with BTC, but a year from now you won't regret having entered here in my opinion.
