Long term view for NEO. Although it broke out in the short timeframe in the last 24 hours, it still has time to accumulate before the major breakout on the daily!

Resistance 1 breached, inching towards resistance 2. MACD still has room to grow, RSI beginning to uptrend!

Breached resistance 1 and touched Resistance 2 and got rejected. Resistance 1 now acting as support.
