Reaching The lImit on the cross over.
If we follow th trends for the past few months we have 3 large macD moves followed by a slight decline.
This is held true for 6 months and nearly the entire life of neo.
I see the next uptrend going to gradually happen and we should be around the .015 mark in month or weeks to come.
