NEO / BTC Cup & Handle?? No seriously is it?

So I'm asking those out there with more knowledge than me if might be a possible cup and handle?

I'm not familiar with the pattern and to be honested the chart squeezed up tight as in the screenshot and for some reason I thought cup and handle. I looked it up here http://stockcharts.com/school/doku.php?id=chart_school%3Achart_analysis%3Achart_patterns%3Acup_with_handle_continuation and thought some of the characteristics fit.

- continuation pattern, immature trend
- somewhat of a U shaped bowl
- pretty close equal sides
- Handle could be a pennant / flag pattern
- 6 months pretty must spot on from sides of cup
- Volume - Thoughts welcome: On this chart it looks super low to me but if you've zoomed in there is a slight up tick in volumne

Possible target around .0295205

Anyone have any thoughts?

by the way I know he volume indicator isn't on here I deleted and just remembered from looking at when writing this up.
