NEO Revesal Idea

Just an Idea- NEO/BTC i beleive is near the bottom of it's everlasting correction.
Once we hit the yellow line at the bottom would indicate that a reversal is comming, hopefully, if so.. look for first target to be the most aggressive one right of the bat, and depending on the market condition after wave one, i will re-analyze.
