Nasdaq is close to all time highs, and have initiated a downwards consolidation.
Bond yields are climbing - and so have Nasdaq (quite atypical?). High yield corporate bonds and Emerging market bonds offer an attractive 8% yield to maturity - see; iShares J.P. Morgan $ EM Bond UCITS ETF EUR Hedged.
Furthermore a higher rate affects the value of earnings in the future, as money can be placed in a five percent "riskfree" yield, leaving little incentiment to hold stocks with low yield or low return on equity.
There are better riskpremiums than the FAANG out there - with russel 2000 having considerable underperformed nasdaq.
Am expecting investors to be rational and buy into cheaper assets such as almost any other stock and bonds, thus marking a massive dobbel top on the three year graf.
I am an inexperienced trader/investor whom have yet to prove an actual winning strategy. Also this trade marks 5% of total portfolio - making it a small hedge in case, the stock market realises the attractiveness of bonds. Also trading is heaps of fun.
