Will Nasdaq reach 20,000 points?

Nasdaq 100 Index // Ticker: NDX // Logarithmic scale // Monthly time frame.

We are facing one of the most profitable indices since 2009 to date. Anyone who has invested in that year and has maintained until today, (it can be done through the QQQ ETF) must have a return of 1,000%.

Once we have analyzed the past, we will analyze the current moment and what could happen in the future as an investment idea.

The maximum levels before the fall caused by the coronavirus panic have been exceeded and although the US economy is not at its best, the index is very strong.

The 30-period simple moving average has always told us that when the price approaches it it rebounds and manages to rise, therefore those who have had a good analysis have been able to take advantage of the opportunities left with this system using SMA30.

The MACD averages are far apart and suggest that soon the price will go down again.

The RSI is in the overbought zone, although it is true that it does not indicate that it is going to fall at this moment and that it may continue to rise for longer, it alerts us that the price will fall soon.

As a curiosity: The distanced averages in the MACD are similar to those of 1999 and 2000, which coincidentally was the dot com bubble. Will it happen again?
