Elliot wave has three phases in it namely the impulse phase,the correction then trend continuation.Every once or twice when a market has overboard it has to go to the downside and undergo a correction before a continuation can occour...that is known as a complete market cycle.The sell correction in the case of nasdaq will be driven by rising inflation numbers over the first quarter of 2022 in to the second quarter.
