Green energy company Minesto with 50 % upside to top of channel

Minesto has around 50 % upside towards the price target of 30 SEK and 23 % downside. Minesto is engaged in production of green energy from the tidal energy of the oceans. I am looking for a buying opportunity here around 19.8 SEK.
