LTC Is this a weekly high

The current weekly upper trend line has meet the weekly lower high trend line and is showing signs of weakness with 3days left to the weekly close. If the upward trend was to continue it would take until around Oct 3rd to reach the 38% retracement which is confluent with the monthly high trend line.
