I have not seen near as strong of buying momentum as on other Litecoin bull markets. Which leaves me to believe Litecoin is in a bear market rally. However, it did break the downtrend and the indicators are pointing in the northern direction. I put T1 and T2 on the chart. If this is a bear market rally these are two levels for Litecoin to turn back to the long term southern trend.
