Every comment saying this is NOT a valid Head and Shoulders. A H+S pattern becomes valid on break of the neckline with increased sell volume.

The 3.618 fib looks like a target to me. It lines up with the Daily 200 MA.

When the price broke the neckline the moves down look impulsive so I am expecting 5 waves down.
