BTC/USD & LTC/USD analysis on the 4h (Time to panic ? )

Like on my previous videos i like to analyse the 4h and daily charts , so i can have a bigger picture of things and i can trade in a more relaxed kind of way !

So now lets get to the analysis , Here are the most important points :

-Bears are still in control (watch out for dumps)
-Possible bullish outcomes with a bollinger band spike
-Watch the previous highs closely to know when and what to do !
