With the lows of LTC/BTC it is possible that it can create some dip opportunities to grow you BTC in these lower time-frames.

When BTC pumps the satoshi values will fall. When BTC corrects the satoshi values will begin to return.

There will be an alt-coin season and you will see these lows trend up and up. People will miss out if they sell their coins for BTC as it corrects in price. This is the other way of creating more BTC, can only do it at certain times though.
