LTC/BTC - LitePay Launching on 26th February!

Hi traders,

Here is a slight update on LTC/BTC chart. I can see something really interesting happening in the chart and it made me wonder how LitePay launch will impact Litecoin price!
Will the market makers use this news to move the market to higher prices?
