As inflation roars and the FED is way behind the curve, this key
area breaking is not what Zombie companies want to see.

I have not updated this chart in a while bc after the collapse it has been stuck in consolidation. However, now it is on the verge of breaking down for another move lower.

This is problematic for Zombie companies that exist to pay down debt rather than maximize profits. because when they roll over debt the cost will rise substantially which could lead to defaults everywhere. Bad JUJU!
