IWEL - NCLT for merger

With most approvals already in place..NCLT approval (Hearing tomorrow) should be a formality.
The stock is trading at a 23% discount to its operative company...that gap could reduce further..

Long at current price. Really can't see the need for a Stoploss but still SL below 12000.
