The agrochemical company said it acquired land for 96.1 million rupees ($1.16 million) from Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Authority for setting up a pesticide manufacturing unit.

The 11,461.00 square-meter plot of land is adjacent to the company's existing Sandila plant, according to a Thursday filing.
