The formula works on algorithm that calculate candle breakouts. Buy and sell signal generates as soon as the LTP flips over its breakout price.

When the LTP closes below its breakout Price buy signal is generated.

And,

When the LTP closes above its breakout Price sell signal is generated.

In snapshots given below it is shown with green and red arrows, so that all you have to do is use the green arrow for Buy and red arrow for Sell.
