ICX HIT 3X! Mid-range

ICX seems started to make a cup move. Long stoch finally turned the green.
First target will be somewhere between 2000 to 3000. My opiniion is 2450 is ideal.
ICX's main target will be from 3700 to 4xxx satoshi.
