ICP - Under the Strong Resistance

Hello everyone , today i'm gonna check the ICP chart and as i see icp Under the Major resistance , so actually there is two senario here , if breakout incoming we can expect to see 55$ but if not double top pattern Reject ICP to 28$ , so just wait to breakout or you can sell here if double top confirm , so if you want to go buy do not trade in this area , hope you have a good day
