Looks like a nice D shaped balanced distribution growing down to 9.75.
Could distribute volume nice and evenly throughout the profile and leave a range expansion tail down to the Fib confluence level from 2 timeframes modeled from the volume center points.
Relevance in past years for the 9.75 level is visible.
