looking forward for heating oil to hit the 38% extension above prior correction range target.

all 3 energy markets (CL, RB, HO) have the same pattern first hitting the 38% target on the smaller correction and how going to the fib extension of the bigger correction that started mid march.

Seasonal Trend and COT Index are also bullish.
