Buy the dip.

The bounce-back should be substantial with a longer swing. Right now, HAL is plummeting and USOIL still lingers sub-40.

There has been strong support at 12.50 all day.

This doesn't necessarily mean a lot, but it could be a firm line of support that prevents the freefall anticipated.
