Alphabet is by far one of the best stocks to hold because it has all the ingredient to keep growing. It has a lot of business that are under the radar and that could be a spin-off in the future, meaning they will create huge amount of wealth to their shareholder.
Think of things like Waymo. If it had to receive a spin-off it will be valued maybe like half of the current stock value.
