GBP/JPY IH&S breakout or 4th False attempt (Nikita FX )

GBP/JPY is approaching its 4th attempt (173.38 level ). If it fail its breakout,
it start plunging deeply downside.
However it will be moving up to 183.13 area at maximum, if it will breakout.
Even if breakout will be done, there will be a risk of making Double Top.
