* Price action trapped in a broadening rising wedge, which is one of the most telling pattern formations
* 50 EMA crossed over 200 EMA in 4H TF
* 100 EMA just about to cross 200 EMA in 4H TF
* Chop index heavily charged

In this is not the recipe for a big pump, then I don't know what is.
