EXTR Breakout position

EXTR looks set for a breakout with resistance flipping to support . Previous identical highs have signaled reversals with an overbought and a MACD crossover.
However, the current indicators show that it is neither overbought and the MACD has a bullish crossover.
That being said, confirmation should be waited upon before buying into the breakthrough
