The U.S. dollar rises as capital flows into the safety of the U.S. currency following Hamas's attack on Israel, analysts say. "The escalation of the tension sent a panic into the financial markets on Monday open," Ipek Ozkardeskaya, senior analyst at Swissquote Bank, says in a note.
