EURUSD making ABCD pattern

EURUSD making ABCD bearish pattern. My bias is bearish based on the following:

• At 1H it has already printed bearish divergence twice and at the moment it is sideways probably in a distribution phase.
  
• DXY index is rising at 1 hour and Euro index is falling.
  
• At 1H simple dow theory as the chart is making LH and LL
  
• Entry point at the break of previous LL and SL should be above previous LH
