EUR/USD: expect a down-spike tomorrow as ECB announces QE

We saw a down-spike of 2.5% between 15 Jan and 19 Jan. We can expect another down-spike tomorrow, 22 Jan, as Draghi announces the ECB programme to purchase 500 Billion Euro worth of European government bonds.
