Bulls for the euro

Im in a bullish formation for EURUSD.
Price could hit up to resistance level 1.02783.
In the fib levels we in level one so still bullish area then a big spike down so looking to find pull backs for bearish formation
im no financial adviser so please trade with risk management this is just my personal idea!
