My story - I am new to Forex trading (ever since lockdown) I have a sports trading background but they are unavailable at present due to COVID-19. I started off trying to utilise the down time to improve other aspects of my sports trading and came across an encyclopedia of information in the forex/stock markets and I have been down a rabbit hole ever since! My reason for posting this is to help gain some reputation points to allow me to ask a question on the pine script chat. I started of by manually identifying a candle pattern and have managed to code a custom indicator to highlight it on my charts, but I would like to take it one step further and automate the entire strategy. If anyone could help out or point me in the direction of a person/website/book that would be much appreciated! Happy trading!
