The EUR/USD is starting with a bearish Weekly Bias, with this you could expect that the remaining days of the week will be bearish in the Euro and it would accompany the FOMC Minutes to boost the acidity, but I do not recommend that you trade the news at 13:00 (UTC-5) if you haven't backtested what happens when that news comes out.
