I would like to see price break below PMEQ and sharp move above and observe PA at Lower time frame to get long.

If price moves above 1.23466 level. I will wait for price dip back into the level to go long, while observing what the US dollar is doing when it hits 1.23466. Also watch other USD pairs to form a bias.
